Hema: The Girl's Father Should Have Followed Traffic Rules
The senior actress takes to Twitter to clear the air about her accident, which killed a four-year-old
We told you last week how Hema Malini had a freak accident in Dausa where her Mercedes collided with another car (Hema Malini Injured In A Road Accident, July 2). Unfortunately, the accident claimed the life of a four-year-old girl who was travelling with her father in the car.
Nearly a week later, Hema has opened up about the accident. She took to Twitter to express how sorry she was about the child's death.
She also said that the accident could have been averted if the child's father had "followed traffic rules."
Post the accident, the family of the deceased had claimed that the girl could have been saved had she been rushed to the hospital along with the BJP MP. Hema's driver was arrested but released on bail in a few hours.
